Virgo Campania Aglianico IGT
Red wine produced with Aglianico grapes only. The bunches are picked by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. 20% of the wine, after the fermentation, matures in wood barrels for 6 months, 80% in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
Bursting cocoa, tobacco and fresh fruits’ aromas. Mulberry, plums and balsamic notes, slightly minty. Solid and elegant tannins are blended with a balanced acidity and full body. Perfect for bbq, grilled steaks and meat.
Virgo Campania Fiano IGT
White wine produced only with Fiano grapes coming from 4 different vineyards located in 4 different towns of the province of Avellino: Candida, Montefredane, Lapio and San Michele di Serino. The grapes are harvested by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. The grapes are subjected to gentle crushing of whole bunches to get the free-run juice. Wine making and ageing on fine lees lasts 4 months and takes entirely place in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
Stiff and gentle, with aromas of mint, sage and white peach; white chocolate and citrus follow. Mineral notes are distinctive. In mouth, the wine is full and elegant, with nice acidity. Salty back taste with fulfilling notes of flowers and mint. Perfect with fried bluefishes and simple entrées.
Virgo Campania Greco IGT
White wine produced only with Greco grapes coming from 3 different vineyards located in 3 different towns of the province of Avellino: Montefusco, Tufo and Altavilla Irpina. The grapes are harvested by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. The grapes are subjected to gentle crushing of whole bunches to get the free-run juice. Wine making and ageing on fine lees lasts 4 months and takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
Typical flavors of wines from high vineyards: green apple, jasmine, cedar and wild honey. Mineral notes in the back taste. By aging, the primary flavors turn into hydrocarbons flavors. It has a fresh and ample, long and salty tasting. Well paired with risotto and white meats. Perfect with smoked meats and fishes. After some years of aging, the pairing is perfect with cheeses, as gorgonzola.

White wine produced with Falanghina grapes coming from vines located in the province of Benevento. The grapes are harvested by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. The grapes are subjected to gentle crushing of whole bunches to get the free-run juice. Wine making and ageing on fine lees lasts 4 months and takes entirely place in stainless steel tanks.

Wide and live. Well balanced aromas of citrus, pineapple, white peach. Fulfilling and balanced acidity, salinity and body. Full and dry back taste. Well paired to main course typical of Mediterranean or Vegetarian diet.
